HE HAS TOLD YOU, O MORTAL, WHAT IS GOOD; AND WHAT DOES THE LORD REQUIRE OF YOU
BUT TO DO JUSTICE, AND TO LOVE KINDNESS AND TO WALK HUMBLY WITH YOUR GOD?

Episcopalians are Christians.
We love Jesus, and strive each day to be more like him. We read the Bible. We celebrate the Eucharist and share it with anyone baptized as a Christian (regardless of denomination), and we invite those who aren't baptized to pray, sing, and do God’s work with us.

At our baptism, we make a covenant with God and one another to strive for justice and peace and seek Christ in all persons, loving our neighbors as ourselves and upholding the dignity of every human being. That means everybody ... NO exceptions.

We affirm committed relationships that are lifelong and monogamous, but recognize that divorce happens and do not punish people for it.  Both men and women can be priests, deacons, or bishops in our church no matter what their sexual orientation or gender identity might be. We respect people’s rights to make personal, informed decisions about birth control.  We love science and encourage people to care for the earth.  We love prayers and songs that are ancient and new. We believe that God loves you, just as you are. Anytime you want to show up, we'd love to see you.

We'll be saving you a seat.

As Episcopalians, we are part of a much larger body within Christ's one holy catholic and apostolic Church.
