Sunday School
A Place for Children and
Youth
Children are an important part of
The Church of the Good Shepherd and that fact is reflected in the various
programs that have been developed for children of all ages. Starting at
two years old, children have the opportunity to participate in a
Sunday
School program that runs from September through May.
At an early age, children are
curious and ready to learn more about their church and the Bible.
Pre-kindergarteners through fifth grade students use Cokesbury's Exploring
Faith curriculum. The lessons cover the Bible and its many stories and
lessons. Middle and High Schoolers use a curriculum based upon
current events and the media and how it relates to their lives.
