The Church of the Good Shepherd ("CGS") will not share with any outside organization personal information you provide to us during your visit to this site. At present the only personal information we collect directly via this web site is that provided on the "Visitor Card" feedback form. Email list subscription information is collected and held securely by a third-party Email Service Provider, Mailchimp, and is used solely for authorized communications from CGS. The privacy policies of Mailchimp are documented on their web site. Instructions for managing your email subscriptions are included at bottom of each email sent via Mailchimp. At present, some email lists are still maintained by CGS, and information about those subscriptions is held securely on our servers. Questions about CGS email lists can be directed to .

Financial transactions are conducted via a third party payment gateway, Renaissance Associates, which securely collects and holds information to be provided only to authorized adminstrative personnel of CGS. The privacy and security policies of Renaissance Associates are documented on their web site.

CGS collects the following information through the secure online financial transaction pages of Renaissance Associates: name, address, email address, and phone number. This personal information is used to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes. When you send a donation in honor of or in memory of someone and request that an acknowledgement be sent to another individual or a family, we will use the name and address of that individual or family for acknowledgement purposes only. CGS does not receive and record any credit card information; that data is transmitted to our credit card processor for verification and settlement of credit card transactions. Returns

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Most items purchased through this web site are sold for fundraising purposes and as such are not returnable. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, The Church of the Good Shepherd will make best efforts to correct the situation. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Refunds

In general, donations made to The Church of the Good Shepherd through this web site are not refundable. Gifts to the church will be acknowledged per the church's Gift Acknowledgement Policy. Items purchased through The Church of the Good Shepherd web site for use in the church (including, but not limited to flowering plants to decorate the church for Christmas or Easter) may not be returned. The Church of the Good Shepherd makes no guarantee that such items will be readily available for the purchaser's use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to retrieve such items from the church.

Tickets purchased through this web site for church events will be refunded per the policy established for each event.
